At RNGAT by Hardik, we are committed to ensuring you have a seamless and satisfying experience with our fragrances. Because our products are personal and delicate, we have established the following policy to handle returns and refunds with the care your purchase deserves.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number and receipt to process your request.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

3. Return Process

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process upon arrival.
